Why Doctrine Is Important

Jesus Christ commissioned the apostles: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved . . .” (Mark 16:15, 16). Christ made it clear that everyone must believe the gospel preached by the apostles in order to be saved.
